After we have received payment for your order, we generally ship out the order either on the same day or the next business day. From there, you should receive your order between 3-5 business days (Canada) / 5-10 business days (US). We also offer Next Day shipping in Canada. We use ICS, Purolator, and Canada Post for Canada, and UPS to the United States.

We only currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Within 1-2 working days after successfully placing an order, we will send you a tracking number for your purchase. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at info.JirehTrading@gmail.com and we will look into this for you immediately.

If you have not received your order and you have a tracking number, we urge you to contact your local ICS/Purolator/UPS office in the first instance. They will have more accurate information regarding the status of your delivery.

Once we received the product and inspected it to ensure that a refund is eligible, we will process your refund and you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days.
